This bachelor's thesis deals with the bank marketing. Its main aim is to determine, which bank is the best to meet the requirements of potential clients (students) and to evaluate and recommend the most effective banking package according to my criteria. This thesis is based on a comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical bank skills . The theoretical part deals with marketing research and related marketing tools. The practical part is focused on the banking package G2, which I have selected from the product portfolio of the Commercial Bank.

Comparison of Selected Deposit Products of Commercial Banks for the Company

This thesis is focused to the comparison of deposit products offered by commercial banks, based on the preferences of a particular company management. Thesis includes theoretical knowledge of banking, namely the definition of basic terms, description of the banking system, the central bank and commercial banks deposit products. To achieve the aims of this thesis were used scoring method and ranking. The practical part is based on these methods and compare the deposit products of individual banks. Management of the company is subsequently recommended the most suitable banking product.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno 2024 The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the factors influencing consumers when choosing a commercial bank, to evaluate their products and services, and subsequently to choose the most suitable banking subject. The first part contains the definition of basic terms and processing of the literary research of theoretical literature in the banking domain and banking products. The second part contains two research phases. The first phase deals with a detailed description and comparison of selected domestic commercial banks, their products and services. In the second phase, a questionnaire survey is carried out with the aim of finding out the factors that influence customers when choosing a bank. The third part contains an evaluation of both phases of the research, including a comparison of the results and the determination of a suitable recommendation.

Banks and their electronic communication with their clients

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of banks with focus on electronic banking. The thesis has two part - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes the banking system in the Czech Republic, defines the term bank, characterizes its functions and selected banking products and also briefly describes the history of banks and money. Attention is being paid especially to the means of electronic communication between banks and their clients. The thesis then defines the term electronic banking, characterizes different means of electronic banking (cards, phone banking, homebanking, internetbanking and smartbanking), shortly describes their history, their advantages, the risks resulting from this type of communication and possible solutions for preventing these risks. In the theoretical part, I used mainly the descriptive method and the method of analysis. The practical part of this thesis compares the electronic means of communication (namely internetbanking and smartbanking) used by three prominent Czech banks - Česká spořitelna, Českoslovanská národní banka (ČSOB) and Fio banka. Banks and their role in the economy of the Czech Republic

The subject of this diploma thesis is the characteristic of banks and its role in the economy of the Czech Republic, the introduction of core bank activities and products as well as analysis of significant bank products, such as building savings. The first part presents the functioning of bank system, the central bank and commercial banks. The second part deals with the principles of building savings, development and evaluation of the most important changes in building savings in the Czech Republic. In this thesis is also comparison of the building saving in Germany, Austria and the Slovak Republic, and there is outlined potential future development of building savings in the Czech Republic. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings about the role of banks with special focus on the analysis of building savings.

Bankovní zprostředkování ve vybraných zemích

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the development of banking intermediation in selected countries - Czech republic, Slovakia and Austria. First chapter is dealing with basic characteristics of banking and financial intermediaries and their functions. It also focuses on importance of bank intermediation in modern economy. Next chapter is focused on analysis of banking sectors of selected countries, based on selected indicators. Their interpretiation and then comparison between them. Account is taken of the impact of historical development in each country. In the last chapter is evaluated influence of banking sector on basis of correlation analysis of selected variables and selected macroeconomic indicators.

Creation of frontend for banking system

This thesis solves creating of frontend for module banking system. It is focused mainly on developing frontend application in APEX. The thesis describes recommendations and procedures how should be the application in Oracle APEX made and its content. The frontend is described to the state as the backend application was developed at the time when the thesis was written. The contribution of this thesis is creating the application in APEX.

The transmission mechanism of the monetary policy impact on the Czech banking sector

This thesis analyzes the impact of the monetary policy of the Czech Republic on the Czech banking sector. It explains the monetary transmission mechanism in an inflation targeting regime and its channels: interest rates channel, asset price channel, exchange rate channel and credit channel. The aim of the thesis is to introduce and analyze channels of the Czech transmission mechanism by Correlation and Graphical Analysis of chosen time series and using Linear Regression Model. The analyses are calculated in MS Excel and Gretl.
